This chip is remarked to look like a YM2413B. Note that this chip is CMOS while the real YM2413 is NMOS, though the YM2413B datasheet current draw note implies that the YM2413B is CMOS, though this isn't yet proven.
This chip might be a remarked YMF281 chip, though it could just as easily be a real (remarked date) YM2413B.
