Ortec OR102/N Dual Dual OR/NOR

1.1 GENERAL INFORMATION
The OR102 DUAL OR/NOR Module (Fig. 1) contains two independ ent four-input direct-coupled true OR circuits with both OR and NOR "dual" OUTPUTS.

1.2 SPECIFICATIONS

INPUTS Accept M100 System logic signals* or complementary logic signals. 50 Ohm termination with reflections less than 10%. Maximum non-destructive inputs +/- 3. 5 V dc or +/- 10 V, 100 nSec pulses of duty factor less than 10%

OR OUTPUT "Dual" logic signal output for 50-ohm termination. T₀₁ and T₁₀ less than 2.0 nSec

NOR OUTPUT "Dual" complementary logic signal output for 50 Ohm termination. T_1O and T₀₁ less than 2.0 nSec

STORAGE Less than 1.5 nSec with four simultaneous logic signal inputs

REPITITION RATE DC to more than 100 MHz

PROPAGATION DELAY Typically 4 nSec

TEMPERATURE RANGE -15'C to +60'C

POWER REQUIREMENT +10V, 19mA
-10V, 25mA
