GENERAL INFORMATION

The GD150/N Delay and Gate Module (Fig. 1) provides delay and gate signals for on-off (timing) control of certain modules of the M100 Modular Counting System. The GD150/N contains two identical timers that control the delay and the width of the output signal. The timing cycle may be started either by a NIM-standard fast logic signal or by a NIM- standard signal for transmission for Digital Data.

The width of the output signals is adjustable between 100 nSec to 110 uSec.

0.1 uSec to 110 uSec.  Coarse control in three ranges (0. 1 uSec,  1.0 uSec,  10 uSec).  Multiplier  control  continuously from 1 to 11.  Two BNC connectors on rear panel available for custom delays and width in excess of 110 uSec

OUTPUT

Delay Out

One norma; and one complement NIM-Standard fast logic output for duration of delay timer.

HI Out

+2.5 to 10 V adjustable by a recessed 22 turn potentiometer.  Rate of rise and fall, 10nSec/mA.  Short circuit protected.

LO Out

One "dual" normal and one "dual" complement NIM-standard fast outputs for a total fanout of 4.
