HELP FOR XNFPREP

XNFPREP prepares the flattened XFF file or the XBLOX-generated XG file by
removing unused and disabled logic. It also performs a design rule check to
locate potentially invalid or inefficient use of the LCA architecture.
USAGE: xnfprep <design> [<outfile>] {<parameters>}

PARAMETERS:

design -- Input XFF File or XG File
            This parameter takes a character string value.
            This argument specifies the name of the flattened XFF file or
            XBLOX-generated XG file.
outfile -- Trimmed file path and name
            This parameter takes a character string value.
            This option specifies an alternate name for the output design
            file. If no name is specified, the input design name will be used.
report -- The name of the Report file
            This parameter takes a character string value.
            This option specifies an alternate name for the report file. If no
            name is specified, the report file will have the input design
            name.
savesig    -- Savesig mode
            This parameter takes a boolean value {TRUE,FALSE}
            The default value is FALSE.
            When this option is TRUE, XNFPREP will not remove signals that are
            sourceless or loadless. This option is useful when working with
            partial designs.
parttype -- Part type used in the design
            This parameter takes a character string value.
            The default value is "from design file".
            If no part type is specified in the XFF file, this option must be
            used to specify the part type. If there is a parttype specified in
            the XFF file, this option may be used to override it.
cstfile    -- Constraints file name
            This parameter takes a character string value.
            This option can be used to specify an alternate name for the CST
            file, if it is not named after the input design. The CST file must
            be found by XNFPREP if it contains TIMESPEC or TIMEGRP statements.
xblox_prep -- Pre-XBLOX mode
            This parameter takes a boolean value {TRUE,FALSE}
            The default value is FALSE.
            When this option is TRUE, it would force XNFPREP to run in
            pre-XBLOX mode. If set to FALSE, XNFPREP would run in pre-XBLOX
            mode if there were XBLOX symbols and would not otherwise.
helpall -- Show all help information
            You can type "-helpall" to this tool to get help for ALL its
            parameters. The default is not to show help for all parameters.
