“It appears to be a MIL part that never was in a catalog: Quad 2-input NAND (?) DTL (?) 6730A date code. It is an odd bird in that it is in one of those early pink CERDIPs but the pin patterns is 0.1” by 0.2“ and the 14-pin package is actually a 16-pin missing two pins.”
