Found in [[azonenberg:unknown_car_mcm]] as a bare die, so no labeling visible. Appears to be a process shrink of [[mcmaster:st:24c026]] with higher capacity.

32 x 32 grid of blocks, each block is 16 bits. This comes out to 16kbits so I'm labeling it as such.
